As you look at it, it gets badly scary. I got the link from CIIDG, related to the HR 645 bill.

I’m not simply talking scary, I’m talking REALLY fucking scary. Dependent on its use, and the people in charge of it, it really might be as a protection idea. Or it may be interment camps for those who do not agree with the .gov.
