This, THIS is the man who should’ve been our “First Black President”

02/23/2009

If it was so bloody important to have a “Black President”. This man I see eye to eye with on many many things. Personally, as I have said before, I give not a rats ass about skin tone. What I do care about is political intent. If we had to have a “Black President“, to assuage the white guilt, why in Heavens name not a fiscal conservative?

Couldn’t agree more. He is a statesman who speaks from his heart, not from a focus group. If you’re intersted, I recently posted a speech by him from 12-15 years ago at http://foundersfreedom.wordpress.com/2009/02/20/patriotism-is-back-in-vogue/
We can’t keep settling for luke-warmers.
    Thanks for the video.

During the election I was in support of this great American. I worked to get him on the ballot, posted for him, etc. But alas… no cigar. This man’s strenghth of conviction and experience would have been perfect for the task. Alan Keyes is truely a great American. The corrupt mainsteam media was busy working to pick our Republican candidate, so Alan didn’t stand a chance of getting on the ballot.

I really wanted FRED! too. Sent money, emails, blogged, but no joy. But I would not have complained at ALL about Alan Keyes, had he gotten the nod. Strong man, he’d have been alright in my book. Anything but the communist(s) we ended up with. Hell, Ron Paul would have been better than what we got! But if we had to have what I’ve got in quotes, FAR preferable.

Fred was great, too. What does it take for a politician to say what he means and means what he says? Fred did it. I suffered through the O’s speech last night to see what he would say. He said everything that anybody wanted to hear. He even said he was against bigger government! Many Republicans of late can’t even say that! That’s why I started an ‘Audacity of Obama’ category. Say anything. Mean whatever you want it to mean.

Yeah… I was a “Friend of Fred” for awhile before he actually got in the primary.
