I wonder how much these will cost once they are in production? So much for the Big Three and their vaunted research and development.
Is that not Awesome? Bet you if Ford picks it up I’ll buy one! Give the developers a couple of hundred million, set up a full production line, sell the hell out of them.
Well, here’s hoping that their patent is not bought out, only to be squelched and destroyed.
I really think it’s an idea whose time has come. If any of the major manufacturers DO buy it, I think they’d build it. People want that combination of “Go like a raped ape while delicately sipping the fuel”. The only question is the layout. I’d be all for that little beast!
