There is no way around this.
This is TREASON. I can also get that from WND, and I’m sure a number of others. The fact remains, this is treason. I’ve been trying for days to find a way to post this. I’ve been taking my bp meds, washing them down with enhancers, trying not to explode. Through meditation, and determination, I hope I’ve found a way to keep my head attached.
You just can’t make up how brazen this crowd is. One week ago, President Obama quietly signed an executive order that makes an international police force immune from the restraints of American law.
That is a very good piece of it. Now, I want you to think about this. If you are a co-blogger, I want you to post this. If not, I want you to cut/paste and send this to everyone you know in your email collection.
Being constrained by the Fourth Amendment, FOIA, and other limitations of the Constitution and federal law that protect the liberty and privacy of Americans is what prevents law-enforcement and its controlling government authority from becoming tyrannical.
These are exactly the constraints that Ronaldus Maximus (pbuh) envisioned when he agreed to host an Interpol agency in America in 1983. Any dealings with an American citizen, as related to anything Interpol might be involved in within the US would be run by the US legal authorities.
On Wednesday, however, for no apparent reason, President Obama issued an executive order removing the Reagan limitations. That is, Interpol’s property and assets are no longer subject to search and confiscation, and its archives are now considered inviolable. This international police force (whose U.S. headquarters is in the Justice Department in Washington) will be unrestrained by the U.S. Constitution and American law while it operates in the United States
and affects both Americans and American interests outside the United States.
Click on that “more”. Finish the article. And then go over to that WND I mentioned. For just a wee taste, let me offer this:
But with Obama’s change, “It means that we have an international police force authorized to act within the United States that is no longer subject to 4th Amendment Search and Seizure.”
This was on Hedgecock last week, Glenn Beck yesterday, spoken of again on Hedgecock last night. I’m very glad he is far calmer than I when explaining the exact meaning to a caller than I would have been. This ability to come home after thinking about it, have a beer with my bp meds before bed, allows me not to have a FUCKING HEART ATTACK!!!!!!!!!!!!
I know I’ve got a few subscribers. Spread this. Write to your congresscritters. This is treason. Read the linked articles and tell me it isn’t. Please. Help me to understand how in the FUCK this piece of goat shit isn’t standing in front of the firing squad.
I’m losing my mind in anger, so I’ll stop before I hurt myself.
The one last thing I have to say, and you know it as well as I do: REMEMBER YOUR OATH OF ENLISTMENT! TO SUPPORT AND DEFEND THE CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES AGAINST ALL ENEMIES, FOREIGN AND DOMESTIC, AND TO BEAR TRUE FAITH AND ALLEGIANCE TO THE SAME! EVERYTHING ELSE COMES AFTER THAT.

Saw your note at McGoo’s and figured it might be this. I sent you an email about my post on it three days ago. If check my post, you’ll see Michelle finally got to it today also. Apparently the only member of the MSM asking about it is Jake Tapper, and he’s been stonewalled.
My take–yeah it’s treason, and His Wholly Reluctance should be summarily executed.
I’ll be getting to you shortly Chris. Scary scary shit.
I posted on this last week over at SondraK’s, and Sondra herself hit it again this week. Treason’s about the only word for it.
It needs repeating everywhere, and loudly. The MSM is never going to touch this.
Indeed.
A police force that answers to no one? Sounds to me like the UN just popped a cherry somewhere. If this is their way to get us to shoot first, I ain’t that stupid.
Not scary at all.
Executive orders can ignore the constitution outside the borders of the country and when acting on non-citizens; but they cannot ignore the constitution inside our borders, or when dealing with American citizens.
Any provision of any executive order that would do so, is automatically null and void.
The same goes for people panicking over treaties. Treaties cannot supersede the constitution, ever, even if the senate ratifies them.
All this has the effect of doing, is extending diplomatic immunity to law enforcement officials, here on official business, in the context of international police work.
This is a diplomatic courtesy that is extended to our FBI as well.
And you really should stop reading Alex Jones and Joseph Farrah. They’re about 90% full of shit, and the 10% that isn’t shit is overblown.
Or to put it differently, there’s plenty of ACTUAL bad shit going on in this administration; we don’t need to go looking for outliers.
If an honest history is ever written, this will go down as the most corrupt administration in American history… or at least the most corrupt since Grant.
I mean at least in Grants administration, there wasn’t any proof of Grant committing felony influence peddling.
You’re making this up right? Because there’s no way our watchdog media would let a US President sign something like this into law without howling about liberty and freedoms and stuff. So if I didn’t hear it from Diane Sawyer, then it didn’t happen as far as I’m concerned…
There is a way around this:
Diplomatic immunity does not protect the holder from self-defensive deadly force.
These goons are not police officers in the US … gunning one down does not equal shooting an actual cop. They do not have arrest authority anywhere in the US … so any attempted arrest is an act of kidnapping.
If they threaten your life, kill the stupid fuckers.
I did? Hey, thanks!
I saw it on CB’s place, then followed the links, then my brain exploded. I was all a-fuddle trying to juggle 16 tabs at once attempting to get to the bottom of things. All because one snarky comment somewhere said “duh, it’s all about the taxes!” and … no, it isn’t. The tax loss from all the other sections amounts to diddly. It’s all about the world police and One World Socialism. This is treason, without question. I tried to accept the “diplomatic nicety” “recover America’s prestige with other nations” crap, but that’s just smoke and mirrors. This issue is about loss of sovereignty and nothing else.
US out of UN, UN out of US, stay out of ICC, INTERPOL go home. Steamboat McGoo voices the core truth – this could lead to violence damn quick.
Treason indeed.
Who’s surprised?

The problem with Executive Orders is that what one president can put in place, another can set aside just as easily.
The list of attacks on the Constitution by the Obama administration keeps get longer and longer and a day of reckening is coming and these new Benedict Arnold’s will not escape the justice of an awakening patriotism is this country. INTERPOL as an unregulated police force within our borders—that cannot stand!
Hey cmblake, thanks for the comment. Yes, weakening America at every step.
What a brazen weak kneed commie socialist the idiots and ignorants of America elected.
Disgusting, freakin’ disgusting.
Sent on to those that matter.
BoynSea
Aside from the whole treason thing, you know what I find odd?
Now, knowing how libs operate, I understand lifting the second, but why would they EVER give up the right to take any organization’s assests and tax status????
Can the blue meanies be far behind?
They make such nice targets….being immune to law one thing, gunfire quite another…
And, Chris Byrne? Since when has that been stopping the Commie in Chief from TRYING to stuff shit down our throats extra-Constitutionally?
The blog “Rage agains Kakistocracy” (Dec.23-09) has a very good post on this subject.I don’t know how to link. I’m from Canada. But I follow American Politics. I’m a conservative in my country.
I’ll see if I can find that blog. Google is our friend!
Chris Byrne, you’re wrong. Article 6 of the Constitution says that “any Treaties made … shall be the supreme Law of the Land; and the Judges in every State shall be bound therby”.
Treaties must be approved by Congress, but with a puppet theater such as we have… Whoever is controlling O
samabama has him set it up. Then he has his NWO Congress get it signed into law. Badabump.http://antikakistocrat.blogspot.com/
Nice tight post today on $ for the RNC. Smart ideas, but it was more fun when they called me and I pitched a fit on them, then posted it.
Message to all Canadians and Others who are technically challenged:
1. Highlight stuff (eg: a blog’s address [URL]) with your mouse with a left-click and a drag. Release the mouse button.
2. Hit the CTRL key and the C key at the same time.
3. Come over here where you want that bit of captured text to go.
4. Left-click the mouse if necessary to make sure the cursor is in the right location.
5. Hit the CTRL key and the V key at the same time.
You have now done a Copy/Paste. Awesome.
I leave it up to you to Google up html anchors and hyperlinks. That’s more advanced. But if you can do a copy/paste that’s usually enough.
(Yes, I’m sure Claudia was just being silly. I’m just being helpful. Not noob-knocking at all)
Indeed. But how do we get enough people seeing this to pull us out of it?
My copy/paste is all “mouse”. Left click/drag, right click on highlight, left click on copy, left click on place to put, right click on spot, left click on paste. I keep forgetting all the flipping Ctrl widgets.
Wild Bill
While treaties may be part of the supreme law of the land they would seem to be inoperative as to the basic rights guaranteed in the constitution. These can only be legally curtailed by the amendment process.
Under your premise the United States would cease to exist if someone would just draw up a treaty and you get 67 of those dim bulbs in the “world’s greatest deliberative body” to agree.
As a rule I think the founders meant that treaties would be enacted like any other federal law not as amendments to the constitution.
The real problem is that we have a proto-facist regime that deliberately ignores the constitution except when they want to call on it’s authority in order to distort it’s meaning i.e misrepresent it; and then brazens it out in front of an uneducated and gullible public.
Exactly so. That last paragraph was a perfect definition of todays politik.
Wild Bill et al..
Amaya v. Standard Oil
Reid v. Covert (which is controlling in this question):
“This [Supreme] Court has regularly and uniformly recognized the supremacy of the Constitution over a treaty.” – Reid v. Covert, October 1956, 354 U.S. 1, at pg 17.
Here’s the full opinion: http://caselaw.lp.findlaw.com/scripts/getcase.pl?navby=case&court=us&vol=354&page=1
And the summary of the majority opinion:
“The United States is entirely [354 U.S. 1, 6] a creature of the Constitution. Its power and authority have no other source. It can only act in accordance with all the limitations imposed by the Constitution.
(Quoting Article VI, Clause 2…) “This Constitution, and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in Pursuance thereof; and all Treaties made, or which shall be made, under the Authority of the United States, shall be the supreme Law of the Land … ”
There is nothing in this language which intimates that treaties and laws enacted pursuant to them do not have to comply with the provisions of the Constitution.
Nor is there anything in the debates which accompanied the drafting and ratification of the Constitution which even suggests such a result.”
Treaties MAY NOT supersede the constitution; however, the constitution does not necessarily apply to actions otuside our borders and not concerning our citizens (US v. Curtis Wright).
The ratification of a treaty is an act of congress, and no act of congress, or its effects, may supersede the constitution. Article II and Article VI are mostly clear, and what ambiguity there is has been clarified numerous times by the supreme court.
Treaties CAN AND DO trump previous federal laws, and both state laws and state constitutions; which was clarified in Gibbons v. Ogden.
Chris, he’ll do everything he can (or his handlers will) to brainwash Joe Average into buying his bullshit. You know it! Legal, Constitutional, doesn’t matter. It will be stuffed down our throats if we don’t chop off the hands holding it.
Real scary, but then remember that the Anointed One pointed out during the Election campaign [and used FDR to back him on that] that there “is nothing to fear but fear itself.”
He’s good. You may not like him, but he is a real very good lying sombitch politician.
Who is trying to turn our free market economy further into what the Soviet Union was before it collapsed.America is not Switzerland. Socialism only works within a certain window of population. It works well enough, but only within a certain window.
Chris, I will do a post on this during the week and link to it from Facebook. This is serious stuff. I have to go back to the hospital tomorrow because I’ve had yet another “bad mammogram”. I just don’t know how much more I can take mon ami.
I’ve been unemployed now for a year and you know everything else I’ve been through. Watching this administration rape the American people of their freedom and money is just more than I can stand!!!! I somehow think I’ll need the distraction of working on doing a piece for the blog when I get home. These asshats in Congress need a good ass kickin and a pink slip handed to them. Thanks for putting the truth out there. Oh… and I’m on blood pressure meds now and blame the ObamaZombies for it!!!! LOL!!!!
Judy, I’m VERY sorry to hear about those bad mammograms. My mother had one of those, and a radical mastectomy. The good thing is that surgical techniques are a helluva lot better today than 30 years ago.
I pray that doing a piece will help to distract you. And I will pray for you, that this may be controlled and overcome. And that the Lord see fit to find you employment. He’ll often run you right to that point of total despair, and then bless you with what you need.
To Chris Byrne.
I agree with you completely, and when the matter does come before the US Supreme Court, I have every confidence that the court will rule that the Constitution is the supreme law of the land.
My only issue with this whole sordid affair is that the courts are only authorized by the Constitution to hear actual “cases and controversies”. That means no advisory opinions. It won’t be until Interpol or some other entity of the United Nations actually oversteps the boundaries of American police authority and inflicts an actual injury on an actual person that the courts will be able to make a ruling on the authority of the executive order. It won’t happen over night, and as we saw with the DC gun control usurpation that it will take the right issue and the right plaintiff. A lot of mischief can occur in the meantime.
Precisely so! What matters it that it be un-Constitutional until it’s heard and proven. And, by that time, how much harm will have been done?
Well said, Windy.
Obama is a dictator tyrant. Worse that any predesessor before, we need war, unfortunately. I cannot believe that America has gone so far away from its roots, this saddens me no end, being a D.A.R., on my Dads side of my family. I am grieved and sick beyond belief.
I’m about to post up 3 links. Read them, and be even more outraged.
