For this morning, boys and girls, let's look at these

In the past, we have discussed the differences between native born, natural born, and naturalized. These are very, very important distinctions when talking about a certain Constitutional requirement, listed very early in said Constitution. And this is extremely important. It’s bad enough that when SCOTUS determines this lump of camel shit isn’t supposed to be in that chair the entire EARTH is gonna laugh their asses off at us, but the destruction this thing is doing to our economy and our alliances around the world may take a while to repair. If it can be done. Ever.

I write this follow up in response to reader mail regarding my column DC Knows that Obama is Ineligible for Office. Even many conservative columnists and pundits seem confused on the issue of natural born citizen, even though the matter is really quite clear.

History answers the question of what “natural born citizen” means, and leaves NO wiggle room for debate or wishful agenda-driven interpretations.

The term was first used by the British Royal family. The question at the time was how to keep the Royal bloodline intact when members of the Royal family traveled abroad extensively, often giving birth to offspring while abroad, therefore bringing the issue of “native born” into question.

Native is a term relative to geography, where a person is at the time of birth. This issue came up as a challenge to John McCain during his 2008 bid for the White House, as he was born “off base” at a local hospital in Panama while his father was stationed on a Navy base in Panama.

As a diversionary tactic to lead obvious questions away from Barack Hussein Obama, some challenged McCain’s “natural born” status as a presidential candidate on the basis that he was not “native born” on US soil, or on US territory, the US Naval Base in Panama. Congress, therefore, passed a resolution proclaiming McCain a “natural born citizen” on the basis that he was the “natural born” son of two US citizens, more specifically, the natural born son of a US Naval Commander.

However, no such resolution exists for Barack Hussein Obama, and here’s why;

The term “native” relates to the geographic location of birth. But the term “natural” relates to the “laws of natural,” ergo family lineage or the bloodline of the father.

The term “natural born citizen” next appears in the Law of Nations, a treaty between nations which established certain universal standards, one of which being the term “natural born citizen.”

Plenty more to the article, but I’ll hope that piqued your interest sufficiently to follow on from there. In fact, the very next paragraph is the one that totally drives the point home with an extraction from Vattel’s “Law Of Nations”. Trust me, the answer is there. I may but pray that SCOTUS has read that book, especially since International Law seems so important to them. If so, even the lefties must concede.

I’ll skip the actual section of the book, I’ll let you go read the whole article, but I can’t NOT put in this one last clip from it:

And the final blow to Barack Hussein Obama—“I say, that, in order to be of the country, it is necessary that a person be born of a father who is a citizen; for, if he is born there of a foreigner, it will be only the place of his birth, and not his country.”

The subject of “natural law” found in the Law of Nations is entirely consistent with the Royal British purpose of the term “natural born citizen.” It keeps the family bloodline intact on the basis of the father’s blood, aka “natural law.” It is the source from which our nation’s Founding Fathers entered those words into the US Constitution, under Article II—Section I—Clause V;

“No person except a natural born citizen, or a citizen of the United States, at the time of the adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the office of President;”

Not “native” or “naturalized” or “citizen,” but only “natural born” citizens can hold theoffice of president.

The matter is quite clear and it is on this basis that I have written that John Sidney McCain is indeed a “natural born citizen” of the United States, and the Barack Hussein Obama is not, no matter where in the world he might have been born.

I couldn’t stop myself. Again, I don’t care where he was actually born, even though that would make the decision that much easier. I just want him the fuck out of that chair, and everything he’s done voided and reversed, because I didn’t give 20 years of my life defending this country from what these stupid 52fucks did to it from within, just to watch it circle the bowl and go down the pipes.

Speaking of that, remember LtCol Lakin, AF MD? And LtCommander Fitzpatrick, USN? Both fairly high level military Officer sorts. And both of them on the fire for not thinking Osamabama is authorized in the front office. Commander Fitz is going so far as to name a lot of names with charges of TREASON. Hmm, interesting. Could lead to “discovery”. Gotta love that.

According to the Cornell University Law School website, a person guilty of “misprision of treason” is legally defined as: “Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States and having knowledge of the commission of any treason against them, conceals and does not, as soon as may be, disclose and make known the same…is guilty of misprision of treason and shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than seven years, or both.”

The “knowing of” vs the “commission of” is the mitigating factor between fines and jail, or death. Personally, and I’m sure you my readers know this of me, “aiding and abetting” treason is the same as committing it, and should be equally punished. Rope or rounds. I’d be happy to provide either. Squeamish? I’ll do it.

Why am I so quickly willing to perform such a horrendous task? Those of you who know me personally know that I’m friendly, fun, squirrelly even at times. But I am a PATRIOT, and this lump of goatshit is going to destroy this nation that I vested so much of my life and my heart into. He’s going to get a lot of us killed, and I don’t want to see that happen. Another article that requires reading in its entirety. You just can’t pull any one piece out, because so much of it depends on other parts to understand where it came from. Superb though, really superb.

One to the positive though, we may yet hold he and his to account. But we’re going to have to get on it before it does get too late. This one is about the states, and their reaction to the un-Constitutional overreach of the Fed. More is better. Enough is not really enough, unless it is SO TOTALLY enough as to never have to rabbit about in a panic ever again.
