Todays thoughts before bed

1. So I’m reading this little primer that FF handed me last night. Short, sweet, to the point. Seems almost an embodiment of  quite a bit of most of our philosophies. I didn’t do a deep search to see if the whole thing was posted online, but it is worth the not too many dollars it costs, even if just to get you thinking.

2. THIS THING is so freaking cool I almost lost my mind! Not to mention all the other trick toys over there in the menu to the left! Went through that whole site, and saw great purpose to ALL of those toys!

3. This little link to a speech by Jon Voight during a gig at Fox News warms your heart. Some of those guys are real. In a place like Whollyweird, if you want to work you don’t say stuff like this:

19 April 2010: On 10 April 2010, actor Jon Voight made an appearance on the Fox News Network where he read a message to the American people. His message was direct and succinct, and he stated that in his first year in office, Obama has significantly weakened America. Mr. Voight correctly states that via Obama’s training and implementation of the Alinski method, “a socialistic, Marxist teaching… he rapes this nation, taking down our defenses, making new language for the Islamic extremists.” The three and-a-half minute video is accessible via this link.

4. This one I sent home to myself titled “This is Sharia”. This is the sort of shit we can expect unless we make their concept of trying to beat us down WHOLLY unpalatable.

Considering the unborn children, six lives were shortened by murder and two more lie in the balance. The act was particularly brutal, according to the homicide detective, who provided this author with the details of the murder scene on the condition his name not be used.He confirmed some of the published and unpublished police reports and sources, stating that the suspect shot his wife first, the bullet entering her throat. He then methodically executed the others in the house, shooting each victim in the head or face. When he realized that his pregnant wife was still alive, he turned and shot her in the head, killing her and her unborn child –a girl.

When arrested, the suspect expressed remorse. He reportedly told arresting officers that he was sorry, but not for the murders. “He was sorry that he ran out of bullets,” confirmed the detective. The motive? His wife and family would not submit to Islamic doctrine.

The second issue is the precise definition of a “natural born citizen.” The Fourteenth Amendment of the U.S. Constitution, adopted on 9 July 1868, furnishes a rather broad definition of who qualifies as a “natural born citizen.” Specifically, who qualifies as a natural born citizen legally qualified to hold the office of President of the United States under Article II, Section I of the U.S. Constitution lies at the core of the eligibility argument. For the sake of clarity in advance of potential ancillary arguments, it is noted here that the Twelfth-Amendment to the U.S. Constitution mandates that Vice-Presidents possess the same qualifications as Presidents.

That is actually a fairly long article, with a LOT of links, case law, written and oral, throughout the entire history of this nation, from the founding. Well, WELL worth the read!

6. This one I sent home as “Illegal does mean “AGAINST THE LAW, yes?”". Again, full of case law and specifics. This one deals much more with this Arizona thing that DC seems to be so shitting themselves over. Wonder why?

7. This one is an explanation of “Going Galt”, why the philosophy, what the philosophy, and the generation of the philosophy by Ayn Rand. And I must ask myself, why the hell didn’t I put her with the prophets of a previous post. Absolutely awesome distillation of “Atlas Shrugged”, again short, sweet, and simple. Damn, that was a good read. Who is John Galt?

8. Lloyd Marcus smacks Michael Steele in the mouth. And he is so spot on. You all know Lloyd’s music, don’t you? Well worth a trip to YouTube.

9. This article has to do with Arizona telling the feds to STFU. “If you won’t do it, we will”.

“Arizona lawmakers on Tuesday approved what foes and supporters agree is the toughest measure in the country against illegal immigrants, directing local police to determine whether people are in the country legally.

The measure, long sought by opponents of illegal immigration, passed 35 to 21 in the state House of Representatives.

The state Senate passed a similar measure earlier this year, and Republican Gov. Jan Brewer is expected to sign the bill.

The bill’s author, State Sen. Russell Pearce, said it simply ‘takes the handcuffs off of law enforcement and lets them do their job.’

She signed it.

10. This book I was given quite a while back, and read with GREAT interest. This has nothing to do with BHO. But it is about something very near and dear to our hearts.

Davis, author of a blockbuster book on the attack, The Third Terrorist,has examined and presented the evidence showing that Oklahoma City bomber Timothy McVeigh was in fact a front man for Middle Eastern terrorists. The third terrorist, in addition to the two, McVeigh and Terry Nichols, who were convicted, was an Arab. This was the mysterious “John Doe” who was never found. But other members of an Arab terrorist network were involved, she says.

She says the evidence was ignored and dismissed because the Clinton Administration didn’t want to go to war with Iraq, the likely culprit, and wanted to blame the attack on domestic right-wingers for political reasons.

Fucking. Demoncraps. This author is a serious investigative journalist, but you all know how “the winner writes the history books”. One of those hidden gems.

11. And, just a thought about the last time this nation was in a situation VERY similar to todays. Working on about, oh, 235 years ago. Yeah, you know the one. Read that, it’s not horribly long. Because it tells a story and asks some review questions, so to speak.

I really hope those of my readers who look at me from time to time for something I might have caught that they missed, or just read me for information period, will take what of those they need and make them viral. Every one of those links has something good for you to consider.
