    I have water table that is from 2-6 ft BLS, and am close to a Naval air station. (looks like I’m screwed) :- o

    Oh dear. I wonder if they could seal the tube with a rubber coating? Then all you’d need would be a taller access tube, and hide it in what looked to be an abandoned grain silo or something.
