Yeah, you know that thing about the “mostly white” crowd?

08/29/2010

I call bullshit. I watched it, I listened to ALL the speakers, I saw the pans of the crowd.

What the fuck is it that these idiots can’t just drop this race card crap? It now does not much more than piss off the people involved that it’s played for naught.

The crowd itself included veterans, parents, disabled Americans, people of all ages and – contrary to some criticism leveled against the rally – attendees of many races and ethnicities.

Day Gardner, president of the National Black Pro-Life Union based in Washington, D.C., for example, stood on the platform with Alveda King as she recalled her uncle Martin Luther King Jr.’s historic “I Have a Dream” speech.

Before the multitudes assembled Alveda King proclaimed, “If Uncle Martin could be here today … he would surely remind us that as brothers and sisters, united by one blood in one single race, the human race, we are called to honor God and to love each other.”

Anybody else who saw it will call the same bullshit. Why won’t they just stop? Are they really that stupid to try to use that old, worn out, used up tripe to attempt to continue the separation? Still works on some, I suppose, but I’ll be glad to see it gone when it goes.

    CM says:

Why won’t they just stop? Are they really that stupid to try to use that old, worn out, used up tripe to attempt to continue the separation?

Of course they are. They need to diminish this event in any way they can. You saw how many people were there. To paraphrase the man in the article they have to be scared shitless. He drew 250k to 350k down there despite the non-stop slander they engage in.

They have no counter so they have to play the race card. The only people this works on are the true believers and the illiterates the liberals have produced out of the public schools for the last twenty years. It is sinister and vile but did you really expect them to put aside their bile for something they consider an outmoded and silly notion?

It is going to take some time for the minority community to come around. it appears that the worst thing you can be in these communities is some who actually thinks that traditional American values are not racist. It would be acting white and that would be a cardinal sin. They have imbibed deeply of the mental poison offered by the socialist media and their own compromised “leaders”. This is going to take time to remedy. Perhaps seeing all the non-white faces on the stage and in the crowd will further crumble the iceberg of the politics of racial identity and grievance.

The “racist!” slander has lost virtually all its power. The left-wing elite still believe it has force, but they don’t mix with the people it’s supposed to intimidate and silence, and so are late “getting the news.” The black racialists have no other weapon, since their entire pitch is founded on allegations of white racism. Any liberals outside those two groups are getting a swift education in the law of political denunciation: Any insult, however severe or sincere, will become ineffective after a sufficient number of uses.

    Better times are a-comin’, friends.

Both of you are correct. What I’m hoping for is that some day, some way, it will finally get taught that “Uncle Tom” was one of the leaders of the Underground Railroad that helped slaves get away to freedom. Wouldn’t that just be a kick in the ass for them to know that the insult they use is based on the freedom they want? Or claim to want.

The biggest idiocy of the entire clusterfuck is that most whiite people don’t even think about it. The negroid populace are far and away in number the racists, and the programmed droids. It was/is the demoncraps that tried/try to keep that whole slavery thing going! I know many men who simply have a better suntan than mine who, as they move up in the actual working persons sphere tend R. Even the ones who claim D are bitching about the same things we conservative sorts are. Amazing.

I’m kinda glad they don’t get it. Another big thing they don’t get is that they (the media) are nowhere near as relevant as they used to be, and what shred of relevance and importance they still possess in the eyes of the public is steadily dropping.

I’m glad they don’t get it. I hope they don’t get it until the moment they look out of the windows of their ivory tower and notice that the ground is coming up rapidly to meet them.

Are they really that stupid to try to use that old, worn out, used up tripe to attempt to continue the separation?

It’s called “Divide and Conquer”, honey.

Or was this a trick question? ;)

Somebody who went to the rally said they spent the night in D.C. and turned on the local news at 6:00p.m., and was surprised to see that the rally was not even covered! Are they really so afraid?

    EXACTLY, CF, exactly.

And yes, Aggie, it was rhetorical.

  8. 08/30/2010 13:32

    Simple answer? Yes.
