Farah on “A Pledge To America”
The point about the “good start” is the main principle, IMHO. We’ve got to stop this insanity. We can go on from here, but as Confucius say, “The longest journey begins with a single step”.
This, actually, seems to me like the tickets have been purchased and we’re at the check in counter at the airport. All WE have to do is make sure it happens, and hold them to it.
Oh, one more item. Come 2012? Remind the nation of why this purge had to happen, and remind them of the communist(s) that caused it to be needed. No more “Slick Willie” approval resurrection, we need to keep the nation informed it was BECAUSE of this current PUS pos that we needed this purge. And we need someone worthy of the job to take his place.

Sadly, the pledge to America wouldn’t be much of a stretch had everyone for quite a number of years back actually paid attention to their Oaths of Office.
But no one does. Well maybe they think about them but not what they really intend, which is to reinforce the notion that this is a nation of individuals with very clear rights and very clear responsibilities, bound together as a republic of states. They never think about the bedrock first principles.
Enough to make one’s ulcer boil.
Absolute truth, LK. We need some hard, cold, dedicated Constitutional scholars to look at every piece of legislation for the last 150 years, weigh them, and purge anything not within those guidelines. And hold accountable those violators who created those Constitutional infringements. Racial equality? No problem. Womens voting? Again, no problem. Welfare/nanny state? Big problem. And so on. Taxation. Etcetera.
