I think they ignore this at their own risk. This needs to be brought out in the open. It is not the citizenry’s fault he had such an esoteric existence. While he did not make the choices which make his eligibility questionable he is still subject to the rule of law.
The fact that he has fought so hard to keep this information under wraps is indicative of someone with something to hide. No one one is buying his selective injunction of privacy rights as he has demonstrated that he doesn’t give a rat’s ass for privacy rights except for those that for which he has an ideological affinity.
He could have made it go away 2 years ago by simply releasing all the normal information that a candidate had previously divulged. If he does not produce positive proof through birth and other immigration records of his de jure and de facto parents he should be deemed unqualified and removed.
It is incumbent on him to substantiate his bona fides to the public at large not to a self interested group such as the NDSWP. They are not a neutral party in this an at this point neither is the mainstream media or member of the Republican establishment(party and media) as they would be rendered utter laughing stocks if is shown that <0 is not who he claims to be. Those who keep on ridiculing and stonewalling have much to lose if they are shown to be complicit in a fraud(potentially) of this magnitude.
Many including Glenn Beck, Ann Coulter and James Taranto, people who trade on credibiltiy, along with the whole democrat and republican establsihment may as well open up lemonade stands if it is ever shown he is a usurper no one will ever trust them again if they have been wittingly or unwittingly been running interference for such a massive fraud.
As Blake says by Obama was a dual citizen at birth and in the law promulgated and is ineligible as the founders clearly did not want those with dual loyalties to hold the highest elective office in the land. And even if that fails he is a dual citizen also of Indonesia(as evidenced by a trip to Pakistan at a time when US citizens were not allowed to travel there) and even if they overlook the fact that he apparently has never re-established his American citizenship upon reaching majority he would then only be a naturalized citizen. Again he fails to qualify.
He must be removed other wise spohists on the left will use his ascendency as precedent to esonce anyone they choose without having to change the constitution or constitutionally qualify their nominee based on a specious precedent.
He’s got to go, and it’s got to be messy. I don’t necessarily mean physically, but it’s got to be nasty to the senses. Financially, hard time in prison, so on. There needs to be a film crew in the prison 24/7, a dedicated channel, uncensored to show what happens when you is Bubba’s bitch.
SCOTUS hath deemed that they will duck this issue, and so duck it they shall. Perhaps we shouldn’t call them “Supreme Court Justices” any more. “Supreme Court Quacks” seems more accurate these days yes?
There are some interesting things that could happen if Obama isn’t found to be a natural citizen of the U.S. Every piece of legislation, every executive order, everything he has ever done in the capacity of POTUS immediately will become null and void.
For a small idea, just think about the impact on General Motors, the General Motors bond holders and the auto unions as well as all the creditors of General Motors.
Sonya Sotomayor will immediately be just another unemployed attorney. So will Elena Kagan. All of their rulings as a Supreme Court Justices will immediately become meaningless. All of their cases will have to be retried. hmmmmmmm – Think they should recuse themselves from hearing the case? They’d have a pretty big personal stakes in the outcome.
The legal and financial chaos will be incredible. The reset of the U.S. Gov’t. dating to the moment Obama took the Oath of Office will be a painful and cleansing revolution.
It’s a piece of grief I’ll gladly endure as long as Obama gets relegated to the trash can of history.

What does the Constitution say about removing a President deemed to be ineligible after having taken office?
Seems to me this would be a different situation from a straight-up impeachment.
As far as I can tell, we’d be looking at President “Sheriff” “That’s just Joe” Joe Biden
But I also think the whole thing will go nowhere. The worst case scenario is total Constitutional chaos.
Actually, I think we would return to the original Constitution. Perhaps that would be a bit chaotic, but we’ll recover from there far better than where we are now!
Maybe. But everything Soetoro has done would be instantly null and void. Each thing may be renewable by Biden, but they’d have to be dealt with, after review, one at a time. Not to mention, Biden doesn’t have near the charisma, and the people have screamed quite loudly since the attempted communist takeover. He’d back off.
Here’s the fun part of Option Biden. I’m not sure he’s required to sign something just because Obama did. Imagine the lobbying by various folks (including us) about which things to sign and which to let die.
More likely, I can see Congress ramming through some emergency enabling legislation to carry on all existing programs while the rest of the mess gets debated. Any way you look at it, we’d probably be free of Obama’s worst moves.
Last thought: If Kagan and Sotomayor have to recuse themselves from Obama’s citizenship case, that leaves only 2 seriously liberal Judges on a 7 judge Supreme Court.
It’s a sweet thought. I’m just not sure that the case will reach the Court in my lifetime.
That alone would be worth every bit of what we’d have to suffer coming out of the current ashes of our existence.
President Biteme? ugh, nty. If Soetoro goes down in flames, he ought take with him those who helped him get where he is. It’s fairly obvious he didn’t act alone.
