Finally! At long bloody last! Mind you, it is the 9th Circus that’s hearing it, but it’s a start.

“A provision of the Constitution may not be disregarded by means of a popular vote of the people,” the plaintiffs’ earlier brief said, “as there are specific guidelines for amending the Constitution of the United States … Even if the people of the United States voted to elect as president a candidate who did not qualify for the position, that vote would not be sufficient to overcome the constitutional requirements for office and make that candidate eligible.

“Here, the underlying issue is one arising under the Art. 2, Paragraph 1 of the United States Constitution, whether Obama meets the eligibility requirements … As established above, plaintiffs have standing to bring this action as they have suffered a concrete injury in fact, caused by Obama’s ineligibility for the office of United States president, for which the court has a remedy.”

The issue stems from the constitutional demand that the president – unlike others in the federal government – must be a “natural born citizen.” WND has covered numerous challenges and lawsuits over Obama’s eligibility. Some have alleged that he was not born in Hawaii in 1961 as he has written, or that the framers of the Constitution specifically excluded dual citizens – Obama’s father was a subject of the British crown at Obama’s birth – from being eligible for the office.

Right! Now, this being WND, there are not comments normally attached to a post. Oft times the comments are completely priceless in the comparison. I don’t know for absolutely sure, but he’s a damn site better than what we have now, wouldn’t you agree? Bachmann/Brewer?

Let’s cut to the bottom line shall we?  We have a man in the White House who revealed who he was and what he would do long before he was elected President.  He had already demonstrated that he was a radical,  leftist and what his change for America would be if we gave him power.  The U.S. gave him power,  now we are reaping the consequences and must have a bold and clear plan to get him out of office before he completely destroys our country. 

As Obama embraced his adult life,  he surrounded himself with radicals from Rev.  Right who preached hatred and anger against America,  to William Ayers former terrorist with the Weather Underground.  There were a sea of other radical,  anti American and anti Semitic people Obama surrounded himself with then and continues today with his Czars.  Never before have we seen a President who has appointed 41 czars who completely bypass congress and answer directly to Obama.  This gives our President too much power and makes them an extension of a dictatorship.  Our longest serving senator ever,  Democrat Robert Byrd was boldly on record before he passed away, criticizing President Obama for these appointments of Czars because it wipes out our system of checks and balances.  I couldn’t agree more.

And, as if you didn’t need another reason to hate this miserable communist piece of shit, here’s another thing it wants to do to our country. Or is this just another facet to one of the existing pieces of the whole?

At least on the amnesty part he did say that he “vowed” to push the U. S. Congress to pass an immigration bill to aid El Salvador according to the Washington Times Kara Rowland on March 22, 2011 from San Salvador, El Salvador.

But where is it written in our Constitution or any of our laws that he has the authority to do that?  I have never seen it anywhere but I would be happy to know if it is in writing somewhere. 

I am not at all happy with this usurper president who can’t even prove he is a legal United States citizen; some say he just won’t, I say he just can’t; and he freely admits he is enamored of the Islamic religion; will stand with the Muslims and has only the word of an evil, America hating (“God Damn America”) purported Christian minister that he himself is a Christian.  He has also stopped a national “Day of Prayer” held by other presidents, and instead held a Holy Day of Islam in its place; all the while filling his cabinet and militant czars with anti-Christian ACLU supporters.
