Is it their arrogance?
That they believe that, if we’d only give it a chance, WE can actually make communism work? That THEY are so much more intelligent than EVERYbody else that’s ever failed at imposing that system? Aw, history means nothing. Let US give it a try and we’ll show you! Bullshit. Can you think of any other reason that our companies, our manufacturing base, everything, is moving overseas to where they can find better corporate tax rates?
Let’s start the morning with a few more shots across the bow, before we have to start aiming center mass.
The authors of the Constitution no doubt based their understanding of the term “natural born citizen,” on the 1758 book “The Law of Nations” by Emerich de Vattel, who wrote:
“… natural-born citizens, are those born in the country, of parents who are citizens. … children naturally follow the condition of their fathers, and succeed to all their rights. … The country of the fathers is therefore that of the children…”
Right. That article is so filled with excellent things that I just had to grab a small piece to take you over. That’s not even FAINTLY the best part! And to anybody that wishes to discredit it out of hand, and you know who you are, read the damned thing first. Okay, one more clip that should point out the facts that are so often misused:
The narrative of the 14th Amendment is also consistent with the Framers intent regarding dual allegiance and natural born citizenship.
Representative John Bingham, author of the 14th Amendment, defined natural born citizenship:
“It means every human being born within the jurisdiction of the United States of parents not owing allegiance to any foreign sovereignty is, in the language of our Constitution itself, a natural born citizen.”
Questions? Below that are a number of case references. If you want to skip the s, meaning plural, then go right ahead. From thus, to this.
Perhaps it’s a good thing that the U.S. Senate didn’t take up a resolution on
Barack Obama’s status as a “natural born Citizen” in 2008 – as members did for
GOP candidate Sen. John McCain while both were seeking the U.S. presidency. The Democrat might not have qualified under the requirements the Senate,
including Obama, a co-sponsor and then-senator, put in the resolution, including
the demand that the candidate have “American citizen” parents. The candidates’ circumstances were not the same: Questions were raised over
McCain’s eligibility under the Constitution’s demand that a president be a
“natural born Citizen,” because he was born to American citizen military parents
while they are on assignment overseas.
Note the plural, parents. For those who choose not to read that article, due to the nature of his own discredtation, let’s put up the video.
*SIGH* And yet some will still resist this as truth. The Congress of 1790 made that notation. The Congress of 1795 made the adaptation to allow for those deployed overseas. And then this resolution utilizing those same factors. Why am I so interested in using whatEVER we can find against OreObama? If he can be adjudged ineligible, everything he’s signed becomes null and void. His “Executive Orders”, those things given to him for signature by the commuCongress, ANYTHING that he as a fraudulent pResident has signed, is null and void.
We can go a bit further on that.
And that should be enough. Let me look through the rest of the stuff I sent home. Okay, this one I’ll just link. Got some good writing (short and sweet), and a couple of videos in there as well. OH! And there’s this about yet another lie regarding the demoncrap death sentence! PLUS+++++ We can look at Obamacare!
And about those percentages of approval v disapproval of where we’re going with this?
Prior to this past week, the number saying the country is headed in the right direction has ranged from a low of 22% to a high of 35% since President Obama’s inauguration in January 2009.
Seventy-one percent (71%) of voters now say the country is heading down the wrong track. Since January 2009, pessimism about the country’s direction has ranged from 57% to 72%.
Most Republicans (91%) and voters not affiliated with either major political party (74%) believe the United States is heading down the wrong track. But now only 37% of Democrats think the country is heading in the right direction, while 51% say it’s heading down the wrong track.
If we can’t get that pos out through ineligibility, I think the elections should speak fairly loudly.
