    Crockett dresses funny. Of course it didn’t stop us all from dressing that way in the ’80′s

    I ‘m kind of partilal to this guy.

    The funny part about the guy who he is holding the gun on is he appeared in subsequent Dirty Harry flicks with bigger and bigger parts until Sudden Impact where he played Harry’s partner du jour and you guessed it was murdered halfway through the picture.

    Yeah, the clothing then was a bit different from now. But you must remember this was Miami, and Crockett was a deeeeeeep undercover cop.

    Trust me CM I know.

    Way back in my college days I used sell cheap knock offs of what Don and Philip Michael Thomas used to wear. Some of the stuff we sold you had to wonder whether any self respecting male would ever wear it.

    But that shows just how big a cultural influence that show had. I never saw one episode of that show but I know the two stars, heard the music and actual wore those unreconstructed jackets.
