Absolutely painful stupidity.

I was over at Hookers and Booze (Armed Geek on the blogroll), and I went to a link that Aggie had put up to The Blaze, and the actual article, and most of the comments, were common sense.

Let’s look at the purest, easiest to understand fact about the percentage of the guns that cross the border, and the types. The simplest two types to look at that the left blames on “American gunshops along the border” are the “assault rifles” and the “destructive devices” such as RPGs. Those may have been purchased by the Mexican GOVERNMENT, and “liberated” by the cartels, etc, but in order to get such here in America, regardless of the state they’re purchased in, means that they buyer has had the ATF up their ass with a microscope.

Fully automatic, selective fire, and explosives don’t come from your local shop to any “straw buyer” without complicity of this government. Period.
