I hate it when I’m so tired at work,
But can’t get to sleep when I get home. I’ll tell myself to post later, but it just won’t let me sleep until I get something out! Except for the date, this is FAR more important now.
The next thing I need you to do is read/listen to this. This is why the Brownshirts were created, and this is what will guarantee the trigger of CW2. This one is merely Rush’s comment on the thing linked above.
But hey, his role model did the exact same thing! See if you can guess who I’m talking about! Abraham Lincoln? Noooooooooooo….not him. Keep trying, it will come to you.
While you sit and scratch your head, check this from Rasmussen. This would go a long way towards stopping this fuckedupness from soaking into our head covers.
p.s.: This “conspiracy theory” MAY offer some explanation, I don’t know.

Bev Purdue is clearly an imbecile.
But she, in her stupidity, reveals the utter contempt the NDSWP has for our system of government when they are prevented from imposing their depraved agenda.
This follows the former OMB geek Peter Orzag (via Taxes, Stupidity and Death; by all means read the good counselors take on this travesty obtusely lamenting like so many progressives before him that we need more “automatic policies” and less debate. Yeah because the financial straits we are in caused by the constitutionally dubious “mandatory” spending imposed by social security and medicare have made us so much more structurally and fiscally sound.
I will pass on the chance to bludgeon this supercilious ignoramus as he is just a caricature of the totalitarian mind set that pervades the (anti)Democratic Party. Everyday we get more evidence from their talking heads and elected officials that they do not wish to be constrained by the rule of law or be held to citizen audit of what are clearly destructive and discredited policies.
We have 90 years of evidence of where progressive policies lead. Impoverishment and misery and now people like Bev Purdue and many in that party do not wish to be held accountable for the actions that clearly have made matters worse. All we need to do is look at the “permanent” government to see the quality of decisions made when you cannot be held to account for poor choices.
This is just the reductio ad absurdum of the Wilsonian paradigm the has been creeping into government for 100 years. The congress passes broad sweeping legislation to be filled in later by an unelected unaccountable professional government which then provides plausible deniablility for those who enact such convoluted and nebulous disasters. Aside from the fact that such delegation is not permissible the people have caught on to this misdirection and are starting to hold these malfeasant derelicts to account for their obvious subterfuge.
This kerfuffle should finally put a stake though the heart of the pretense that the(anti)Democratic party pays anything more than lip service to the idea of self government and is openly contemptuous of it when it interferes with the self serving gratification of their egos.
Quit holding back and tell us how you really feel, FX. What Governor Perdue has done is priceless, in my estimation. It has shown America the plan of the enemy. It has just exposed their doctrine plain and simple. The particularly traumatic bit is that there are still those in this country stupid enough to vote for such.
