Kenyan-born Obama all set for US Senate

Kenyan-born US Senate hopeful, Barrack Obama, appeared set to take over the Illinois Senate seat after his main rival, Jack Ryan, dropped out of the race on Friday night amid a furor over lurid sex club allegations.

The allegations that horrified fellow Republicans and caused his once-promising candidacy to implode in four short days have given Obama a clear lead as Republicans struggled to fetch an alternative.

Ryan’s campaign began to crumble on Monday following the release of embarrassing records from his divorce. In the records, his ex-wife, Boston Public actress Jeri Ryan, said her former husband took her to kinky sex clubs in Paris, New York and New Orleans.

“It’s clear to me that a vigorous debate on the issues most likely could not take place if I remain in the race,” Ryan, 44, said in a statement. “What would take place, rather, is a brutal, scorched-earth campaign – the kind of campaign that has turned off so many voters, the kind of politics I refuse to play.”

Although Ryan disputed the allegations, saying he and his wife went to one ‘avant-garde’ club in Paris and left because they felt uncomfortable, lashed out at the media and said it was “truly outrageous” that the Chicago Tribune got a judge to unseal the records.

The Republican choice will become an instant underdog in the campaign for the seat of retiring Republican Senator Peter Fitzgerald, since Obama held a wide lead even before the scandal broke.

“I feel for him actually,” Obama told a Chicago TV station. “What he’s gone through over the last three days I think is something you wouldn’t wish on anybody.”

The Republican state committee must now choose a replacement for Ryan, who had won in the primaries against seven contenders. Its task is complicated by the fact that Obama holds a comfortable lead in the polls and is widely regarded as a rising Democratic star.

The chairwoman of the Illinois Republican Party, Judy Topinka, said at a news conference, after Ryan withdrew, that Republicans would probably take several weeks to settle on a new candidate.

“Obviously, this is a bad week for our party and our state,” she said.

As recently as Thursday, spokesmen for the Ryan campaign still insisted that Ryan would remain in the race. Ryan had defended himself saying, “There’s no breaking of any laws. There’s no breaking of any marriage laws. There’s no breaking of the Ten Commandments anywhere.”

“IF” you want them, I think I have the same type news from other African Countries as well.
    THEY ALL KNEW!!!
The Media Knew and said nothing. (why?).
The first time I read it was on Yahoo Buzz…it just wouldn’t sink in. That just isn’t possible, right? The man who continuously posted it was “MathewJ.” He posted it on ALL political articles and even some that weren’t. I finally did a Google Search; and he was right!!!

I have never seen MathewJ again on any site. I never did find out exactly who he was;.

The idea that a foreign born man…a Muslim man was so out of the realm of even a slight possibility, I am embarrassed to say how many times I hit “spam” on his posts. HOWEVER, something positive was going on because he was “NEVER” removed as Spam THANK GOD!

George Bush Sr.’s coined phrase of the “Trickle Down Effect”, referring to the economy, has taken on an entirely new meaning.

We now have a trickle down effect of chaos, violence, corruption, and racism in our country that has never been seen before even during the worst times such as the LA Riots. They haven’t reached the OPEN violence as a city “yet”. However, black on white violence stats must be horrendous now.

Any other articles you have can be linked here, you know that. Just not the same ones time and again.

Basically, all of the articles, are saying the same thing. I think it was Bare Naked Islam is had them listed like a grocery list. Really pitiful. It was out there the entire time and the Media NEVAH mentioned it.

Pretty much everyone here is clear on the subject of Obama and his history. We might debate some details, but we are all clear that he truly is the Manchurian Candidate.

The information about his birth has been demonstrated many times. Recent highlights are Sheriff Arpaio’s investigation showing the birth certificate is a forgery, a similar investigation in Israel with the same result and reprints of old articles like the one above. The question isn’t whether or not he’s a natural born citizen, the question is how do we get across to the 45% of voters who still favor Obama that he should not be President? The issue of his birth just doesn’t have any political traction among liberals and many moderates. Even as a point of law, it hasn’t gone anywhere.

This is complicated by his recent actions in regard to Egypt and other countries. In a half hour call to Morsi, he laid down the law to Morsi. Look out for flying pigs folks, he actually did something right. All of his other actions starting with throwing Mubarak under the bus and helping depose Gaddafi have made the entire situation much worse, but we must give him credit for getting it right in that phone call.
