Just saw the new Red Dawn

12/02/2012

And, had this been the original instead of a redo or a rethink of the story, I think I would have been just as inspired as I was by the original. As it is, it was a damn good film. My only problem was the fact that our supposed representatives, at the beginning in the news clips, are far more likely to be the very reason for the insurgency than North Korea.

That aside, go see it. I think you’ll like it, and I think you’ll have that same thought I just had.

And that’s all I’m going to say about that.

More than likely you are 100% right about the threat actually coming from inside the u.S.

Thanks CM, it’s on my list. There aren’t too many movies I will go see nowadays because most of the actors are friggin moonbats and I won’t support them ;)

This is really well done. Effects, acting, everything. Story plays out a little differently, and I’d have cheered harder if it wasn’t “Red Dawn” redone, but if it had been the first time seeing a movie like it, it would have been absolutely awesome! As it was, it was damn good!
