As Obama continues scaring the bejesus out of uninformed America with furloughs and layoffs of border patrol, air traffic control, education grants, and closing the socialist sanctuary White House, remember this small item below.

A 2011 Government Accountability Office report gave a sampling of the vastness of what could be cut, consolidated and rationalized in Washington: 44 overlapping job training programs, 18 for nutrition assistance, 82 (!) on teacher quality, 56 dealing with financial literacy, more than 20 for homelessness, etc. Total annual cost: $100 billion-$200 billion, about two to five times the entire domestic sequester.

“Government Accountability Office”?????? Accountable to whom? To What?
They are NOT holding anyone accountable and doing anything about it.

Except, for example, the military requirements. We were held accountable to the freaking penny!

Indeed. “Too big to fail”? If you are, you won’t. If you do, you weren’t.

    And on a parallel track.

The ruling class makes these mistakes and then expect us to continue financing not just their continuing malfeasance but a doubling down on the same failures. In their world view we are a cow to be milked until we run dry then be slaughtered for the “greater good”

Boxer was a naive fool for believing in the self evident lies of the “benevolent state” populated by self serving rulers. He was naive in believing that once his usefulness was at an end that the rulers would sacrifice one jog of tittle to ensure his well being. So whatever you don’t get into the wagon marked “state benevolence” as you too may find yourself on the wrong end of an industrial process.

After all Soylent Green is PEEEEPUUUL.

    Indeed.

Too big to fail is self serving BS.

What they are is too stupid to succeed on their own.
