This is how they do it, you know
They get together, discover whether they have the votes in the party, propose a law so insane it is unbelievable, none of “the people” believe it will ever pass, sure enough it becomes law, and now it’s too late.
This is so far beyond sanity, that it is hard enough to believe that they would be this insane, that it will happen. If you see anything in this article that tickles you to talk about, feel free. As for myself, the nausea is stopping me right now. Why did I put in a Tenth Amendment tag? Goes along with the Second Amendment tag. Anything not stated in the Constitution is up to the state itself, right? The Second is there, which means, logically, that the state cannot violate it. Therefore, if this does become law, that would be the tool to use to fight it. Until that point, it would be the argument against it. I’ll take this ONE little clip:
“The law is specific as of July 1. You can keep it, but only if you maintain continuous possession of it,” Brophy said. “If it breaks, you can’t give to a gunsmith even to fix it. You can’t hand it to your son to use. It’s all now outlawed because of this 1224, the bill that Gov. Hickenlooper says he’s going to sign … this is most extreme thing anybody’s ever done related to firearms.”
