You do know about the 2/3rds majority of states being able to declare the standing government invalid, yes?



That looks pretty much like if the red voters told the blue voters to fuck off, they’d pretty much have to listen. When the South wished to secede from the north, that was right at 50/50. I’d say that this is a bit better than that.

    Indeed I do, but you still need a writ to invalidate the court of jurisdiction, otherwise We the People have nothing. They have too uphold the law as written in the Constitution as stated in the Declaration of Independence, otherwise the court is worthless and invalid. A very fine line.
