    This IS my all-time favorite.
Do you remember Jack Ruby (Kennedy?). He had a nightclub in Ft. Worth, TX.
I was too young to go, but they let me in anyway. I didn’t drink (I was one of those goody-two-shoe teens”.)
Ike was so messed up, he fell off of the piano stool. Tina just kept on going!!
    Tina Turner – Proud Mary

Brilliant song for sure. Tina Turner was/is one of those women that just inspire a man. IYKWIMAITTYD.

    Wellll, tell me about her.

  19. 08/03/2015 10:08

Well, I was 11 years old in 1966, and she was my awakening into the world of “personal physical interaction”, *AHEM*.

    She took advantage of you?
I got in trouble with my 2nd grade teacher. Billy and I were curious how different we are. All we did was “show” (to tell). We got caught. Mrs. Lundy yelled at us, “Stop That!”

  21. 08/04/2015 09:38

Neither of us really “took advantage”, we had heard about what was going on and decided to try it. Same age, becoming aware of what we were.

That is such a wonderous and innocent time…an entire new world opens up.
