Inquiring minds want to know. If you have this evidence, why is it not at Congress?

The United States presidential election is scheduled for Tuesday, November 8, 2016.

The Supreme Law of the Land The U.S. Constitution states to serve as President of the United States, you must be a natural-born citizen of the United States, at least, 35 years old, and a resident of the United States for a period of no less than 14 years, then as now is the law.

The president, Hussein Obama on March 17, 2016, formerly placed his candidate for the Supreme Court before The U.S. Congress and Senate, Merrick Garland; when in seven months and twenty-one days from 3/17/2016, Hussein Obama officially will not be America’s President, for “We the People” will have cast their votes for a legal president. The scars of Obama’s reign will be removed; why give him a Black-Mark-Justice with life tenure on the Supreme Court!

We the People also know from official and undeniable records that Ted Cruz was born in Canada and his mother a former U.S. citizen could not hand her American-Canadian citizenship in Canada to him. For Senetor Cruz less than two years ago renounced his Canadian citizenship; making him ineligible to hold U.S. presidential office, period.

Unlike Hussein Obama who did submit a fraudulent and proven false Birth Certificate before a court of law and law enforcement officers of “We the People” of where and when he (Obama) was born, among other false and fraudulent documents, some for Foreign Student Privileges among them his lifestyle and a criminal on the run.

Obama’s documents were signed off as genuine and vetted by then Speaker of the U.S. House of Representatives Nancy Pelosi, for 49 states, but not for Hawaii. Nancy Pelosi entered the U.S. Congress with a recorded worth of less than one million, now reports a net worth in the billions. Pelosi’s recorded income is less than $200,000. that pales Hillary Clinton’s three billion dollar Slush Fund and the six billion dollars that have gone missing and unaccountable by well paid government State Department officials, she signed off on as Obama’s Secretary Of State, for what and to who? Dare the dumb-downs to scared to ask?

RICO, RICO loud and clear, Trump’s DoJ, should (will) seize all their (Clinton-Obama-Pelosi) properties and bank accounts, foreign and domestic, for treason to start Trump’s joyous season of presidency off! Trump’s right to restore America’s right to simply exist in a Washington DC criminal mind fields.

    Trump 2016-2024.

Your question is rhetorical – right?

    There are only two possibilities.

    1) Obama and his minions have already blocked off any chance of public disclosure and action regardless of whatever he has in that warehouse.

    2) He doesn’t have much.

Either way, nothing will happen for the foreseeable future. With a President Trump or President Cruz, there is a slight chance for action, but not much.

Here’s the practical end of the problem. If Obama is found at the end of his administration to have been ineligible, that’s 8 years of laws, budgets, military orders, treaties, appointments and executive orders that immediately become null and void. The chaos that would cause would collapse the U.S. immediately. There’s some possibility that our military could take over to preserve a semblance of a country, but even the military command structure itself would be open to questions of legitimacy. That would return us to Mao’s quote about power coming from the barrel of a gun.

How many separate enclaves and mini countries would we break into? California and Texas (for opposite reasons) would probably transition into separate countries ok, how about the rest?

Just to preserve us as a country, before any such action could be taken, measures would have to be put in place by the new administration to deal with that discontinuity, preserving whatever parts HAVE to be maintained while cutting out whatever is deemed unnecessary, grossly illegal and/or damaging to the U.S. That would be the clusterf*ck of clusterf*cks.

In practical terms, it can’t be done without completely destroying us.

Years ago, when the issue first arose, the damage would have been bad, but probably negotiable. At the end (we hope) of the Obama admin, all we can do is make sure the next President has some capability and the will to repair even part of Obama’s damage.

Excellent chain of thoughts, but where did we start in the first place?

    And yours as well, poe.

I’m not sure of your question “…but where did we start in the first place?”

The only real start was when the American media fell in love with a handsome, articulate, Black man who was running for President. What was Joe Biden’s comment about Obama being a safe Black man?

He was elected because he was handsome, articulate and Black. No one really looked at anything else, except for us members of the Vast Right Wing Conspiracy and we were all dismissed as hopeless racial bigots.

With his natural charm and good looks, American fell in love with the idea of voting a Black Man into the Presidency. They didn’t look at his qualities as a person. Ironic, isn’t it?

  6. 03/23/2016 13:11

No, I’m talking originally. 240 years ago.

Fair point, but just because we started from nothing except a few good ideas doesn’t mean it’s a good idea to go back there.

Don’t forget, a broken United States is Obama’s greatest dream.

  8. 03/23/2016 13:31

True enough. But we are so far beyond that point of horseback mail, I’m thinking we can get this fixed very quickly. Especially with the blocks to doing that removed.

    Dr. Jeff:

“So, is this going to be dealt with by President Trump”

If it had an exclamation, your added question mark and rant would be even more pluralistic.
I sincerely doubt Trump will let them go free without a damn good public humiliation at the minimum. Then “We the People” would demand their heads and their forfeiture of their ill-gotten gains, the press will have to join in, this time. That would light a fire of indignation and self-righteous under the blow hearts in the senate and congress that would put their part in too.

One way or another, the Clintons and Obama are not getting away Scott Free.

    Trump is a genius!

This is a sweet love letter/rant to/for Obama, after all your kind voted for him twice by 75%. Please you make me sick!

That’s not taking into account the economic, racial, religious and social divisions we’ve been split into. That was Obama’s whole campaign strategy.

At the very least, you’d lose the entire West Coast. Politically that might be ok, but there are a lot of important ports from Seattle to San Diego and we still export large amounts of food and resources to the rest of the U.S.

I can just see Diane Feinstein declaring California as a separate country and making herself President for life.

The Sierra Nevada plus the Mojave make natural barriers to invasion too. Also, don’t forget that we still have some serious military installations out here such as the Seal Beach Naval Weapons Station. You can assume that that those would be taken over by the “Governor” of California by making them part of the California National Guard.

Certain states and regions may survive mostly ok, but we’d also have a broken U.S. None of those states or regions would count for didly compared to an intact U.S.

If someone like Obama declares martial law and forces it, there wouldn’t be any choice, but that doesn’t make it desirable.

On top of all that, what would people like the Russians, Chinese and Jihadis be doing while we sorted out our problems?

Even Mexico could become a problem with the Aztlan movement. I’ll point out that you’re even closer to the Mexican border than I am and both of our states used to belong to Mexico.

Poe, you think I LIKE Obama and the Liberals? Are you completely out of your mind?

Considering that it’s people like me who are working to bridge the gap and educate folks about the reality of the Conservative/Libertarian/Republican movement, showing them that the Liberal charges of bigotry are b.s., your bigotry is a real problem.

Your bigotry works in support of the Liberal party line. How many votes have we lost because an undecided voter looks around at Conservative web sites to see what we’re about, finds one of you anti Semitic comments and decides that Conservatives really are bigoted? I hope you have enough working brain cells to understand the point.

Unless you want to help Hillary, at least shut up until after the election.

    You’re insane.

That’s nothing more than how the media abandoned objectivity and sold Obama to the low information voters.

The “irony” refers to the continual charges of bigotry we face from Liberals, who elected Obama based on the color of his skin rather than the content. That’s a paraphrase from Dr. King, who is supposedly honored by Liberals.

You provide an excellent example of the bigotry the Liberals claim is shared by all Conservatives.

So, what is it? Are you insane, stupid, senile or merely a terminal bigot who will purify the air when he dies?

    I’ll get there.

  19. 03/24/2016 09:40

Jeff, the hypocrisy of the left is beyond conception.

  20. 03/24/2016 09:44

As said before, any and all pre-selection of value for color/race/religion is not good with me here. The only thing I find wrong in any of those points is any group that would choose to destroy this nation that I love so much. I will give anyone a chance to show who and what they are before I personally reject them.

  21. 03/24/2016 09:46

Yes, Ovomit was elected by low information voters who took no time to research who or what it actually was. Not to mention the massive fraud which has been proven and not followed up on by the nutless wonders in position to do same.

  22. 03/24/2016 09:49

The fun thing about answering these points is that they are in reverse order in my comments screen. I answer one, and it goes to the previous from there. Finding out where the argument came from in the first place takes a bit some times.

  23. 03/24/2016 09:52

AH! So we’ve gone back to this. Poe, STFU about this anti-semitism. I find nothing wrong with any other religions than pisslam and satanism, which are the same thing anyway. Christianity came from Judaism. It strikes me as beyond stupid to hate my grandparents.

  24. 03/24/2016 09:56

This is true, but if the entire thing were to be properly coordinated in advance the entire coup needn’t take more than an hour. But the security levels and timing would have to be flawless to make it work before the rest of the world knows it’s happening.

  25. 03/24/2016 10:00

There has never been anything vaguely resembling “love letters to Ovomit” from Jeff. This “All your kind” shit must stop. You quite often come up with good thoughts, but when you slip off the reservation you do go pretty far over the horizon. Take a deep breath before you post here, please. Why, why, why? Baffle this fact:

“WASHINGTON — In an emotional apology, the AIPAC leadership (Jewish) expressed regret to President Barack Obama for an attack on him from its stage by Donald Trump, and for the loud applause it earned.

“While we may have policy differences, we deeply respect the office of the President of the United States and our President Barack Obama,” Lillian Pinkus, the newly installed president of the American Israel Public Affairs Committee, said Tuesday, joined by other AIPAC lay and professional leaders.”

“There are people in our AIPAC family who were deeply hurt last night and for that we are deeply sorry,” Pinkus said, her voice choking. “We are deeply disappointed that so many people applauded a sentiment that we neither agree with or condone.”

Launching a critique of Obama’s U.N. policy, Trump, a real estate magnate, had begun a sentence Monday evening, “With President Obama in his final year –“ Then he stopped himself and said “Yay!”

Cheers and laughter and applause arose from the crowd of 18,000 packed into the Verizon Center, a sports arena used by the lobby for the first time to accommodate record breaking numbers.

“He may be the worst thing to ever happen to Israel, believe me, believe me,” Trump said. “And you know it and you know it better than anybody.”
Pinkus said AIPAC does not “countenance ad homimen attacks.”
“We take great offense at those that are levied against the president of the United States of America from our stage,” she said.

Trump’s candidacy has appalled a broad swath of the Jewish community because of his broadsides against Mexicans and Muslims, his insults directed at women and the disabled and the violence at his rallies. AIPAC came under criticism in some quarters for inviting him to speak. The lobby countered that it had to invite the front-runner. AIPAC’s leaders had called on Trump to deliver substance.

Trump’s speech included substantive content on how he would approach peacemaking and confronting Iran. But he could not resist departing from prepared remarks to deliver the red meat that has typified his boisterous remarks at his rallies. In addition to his remark on Obama, his description of Hillary Clinton, the Democratic front-runner, as a “total disaster” also drew cheers, applause and laughter.”

Crazy as it sounds; Israeli Jews in Israel do not even consider American Jews, Jews! I know that for a fact, they only want their money. Been there and done that type of thing.

You guys are pretty well aware that all the politicians and lobbyists take care of each other at our expense – right?

I’ll point out that the leadership of AIPAC is probably part of that cabal. It wouldn’t be the first time in history that the “leadership” has sold out the rank and file.

Here is Trump’s complete speech to AIPAC. You decide what portion of that room hated his guts at the beginning, you know it was large.

He got them to cheer for him.

I counted 6 particularly good standing ovations and two good laughs at the expense of the current administration. Pay attention to Mr. Trump, because that gentlemen, is how you win converts. In the crowd shots, you will see a fair number of Orthodox Jews wearing yamukas also known as kippas. They are on their feet applauding too.

I’d say that Mr. Trump can now count on the backing from a large part of the Jewish community. Don’t let the nattering nabobs tell you otherwise.

Here it is. check it out and judge for yourself. Trump’s actual speech is a little over 24 minutes long. He started slow, the first really good ovation doesn’t come until about the 8:58 mark. Then:

    10:04
    14:55
    16:59
    19:50
    21:58
decent applause at the end too.
Laughs at: 11:04 and 20:15. 20:15 was a mixed reaction, there were boos with the laughs.

    or
