From National Review

07/04/2016

One of the most spot on articles I’ve read in a while.

THIS is the greatest nation in history. Not one of, the.

The thing is… there will always be those who think they should rule. Why this is escapes me, which is probably why I’m not one of them. The Founders wrote the Constitution the way they did to attempt to control that, and Thomas Jefferson himself said that there needed to be a Revolution about every 20 years to keep this from happening.

What have we let happen to us? Why have we just allowed the elected servants become the ruling masters? Why have they pushed those in the dependent class to be the most important citizens? Simple. The more they get from the government, the more they are promised, the more they will vote for those who give them the freebies. And thus the government becomes more and more powerful.

Once upon a time the rules for voting were that you must be a gainfully employed property owner, or something of the sort.

Take this thought and run with it.

This is exactly correct. They satisfy their grotesque lust for power by making dependents of half of us and serfs of the rest to pay for their treachery.

I know you’ve noticed that every failure is an opportunity to extort more money out of those of us who pay the bills. That if someone earns more than subsidence level income they are treated as pariahs and reprobates. They invert the morality of those who wish to keep what they’ve earned and distribute as they see fit as “greed” all the while demanding you fund the double barreled greed of their pet grievance mongers and there own self regard.

These are vile so called “people”. They deserve no respect as people. They are grubby parasites feeding on the generous nature of a generous but gullible citizenry. They are monsters that need to be eradicated. They are an infestation in need of fumigation.

The time for peaceful political solutions is rapidly passing. They are dishonest creatures who indulge in bad faith continually. Up until now we have turned the other cheek.

As Jonah Goldberg said after the hate filled bullshit that proceeded from the left after the Gabby Giffords shooting “to hell with these people”. If they keep it up they will be getting to hell a little sooner than they expect.
