You can’t go wrong with Viking Bread

Delicious Viking Norse Gluten-free and ketogenic bread with seeds and nuts. Enjoy and watch for elves and trolls if you live in Iceland!

NUTRITIONAL INFORMATION :
This bread is huge, you can even split it into 2 medium molds and get 2 loafs. Here is the nutritional information of 1 slice when you slice it into 15 pieces:
27 g of good fats
2 g of net carbs (8 g total carbs minus 6 g de fiber)
9 g of protein

INGREDIENTS

IMPORTANT: Soak all nuts and seeds overnight to make them easy on your digestive system.

100g or 3.5oz of walnuts
100g or 3.5oz of pumpkin seeds
100g or 3.5oz of almonds
100g or 3.5oz of sesame seeds
100g or 3.5oz of sunflower seeds
100g or 3.5oz of of flaxseed/linseed
100g or 3.5oz of hazelnuts

IMPORTANT: Soak all nuts and seeds overnight to make them easy on your digestive system.

5 eggs
4oz of water
4oz of olive oil
Wholesome salt to your liking

Bake in over for 2 to 3 hours or until dry and nice. Ideal temperature will be 150C or 300F (it needs a long time because the nuts and seeds are wet and usually need more time to dry). If your over is not very strong, add 30 min to 1 hour depending on how dry you want the bread.
